Advising

The Computer Engineering program is a joint program between the School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence and the School of Electrical, Computer, and Energy Engineering. Students in the Computer Engineering- Computer Science program are advised by the advising staff from the School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence while students in the Computer Engineering- Electrical Engineering are advised by the advising staff from the School of Electrical, Computer, and Energy Engineering.

Students in the Computer Engineering-Computer Science (CEN-CS) program should speak to their assigned advisor in SCAI. Advisor assignments can be found on the SCAI Graduate Advising website.

Students in the Computer Engineering-Electrical Engineering (CEN-EE) program should speak to their assigned advisor in ECEE. Advisor assignments can be found on the ECEE Graduate Advising website.

Your advisor is here to help you! Please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond to your email. Response times might be longer than usual during peak advising periods and around holiday breaks. Be sure to review all of your resources (orientation for new students, handbook, the CEN website, or other websites, etc.). Always include your ASU ID number when contacting your assigned academic advisor, and only email your assigned academic advisor.
